Dress features a sweetheart neckline, side wrap peplum, and purchased ruffle pleated trim. Both dress and pillbox hat are stylishly trimmed in bows with rhinestone buttons, marabou and tulle or hat veiling.

Dress and hat are fully lined for comfort and ease of construction. 

Design with (or without) harness-ring attachment for use as a harness dress.  Your little diva will love wearing this outfit!
