Design is an easy on and off Graduation Gown that slips over pet's head, and does not interfere during potty time.

Pattern includes a V-Stole to create in school colors.

Cap design has elastic chin strap, and a traditional graduation Mortarboard-Style cap with tassel (tassel making instructions included)
